Signing up to this excellent and free service means that you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You will never - and we mean NEVER EVER - hold the makers of this website responsible for damages that may occur from errors on this website, our newsletters or email communication. This includes possible damages you may have suffered because we erroneously told you that you won the jackpot which made you quit your job, give your car away and kick your wife out the door with the 2 kids. Allthough we do our very best to give the correct results, errors may and probably will occur from time to time.
- Signing up means that we will send you email with the results of every draw and your possible winnings of the draw. The first rule of these terms and conditions apply also to these emails. You will find a clickable link in every mail to unsubscribe from these messages.
- We do not keep track of IP addresses and even if we did only the government has the right to identify internet users by their IP address and only under very strict conditions: if you should win we will never know who you are, unless if you were stupid enough to use your real name as your login.
- We do not guarantee anything here, we may or may not post results and keep track of your statistics. In case of a server crash, all your data may get lost (we will be very angry at our hosting company if he did not make back-ups!). This is just a hobby. At some point we may get sick of doing this, realize the ads on here are not generating nearly enough to break even and stop this site all together. You probably will not be notified if this should happen and possibly you will lose all of your statistics unless you were smart enough to copy them if they would mean that much to you.
